If there is a person who calls themself a muslim who in their heart doesn't believe all that nastiness in that book then they are in fact not a muslim at all, all they are doing is telling themselves they are a muslim but actually aren't.

She's Muslim even if she doesn't do that. She may not be devout but she is Muslim.
