Muslim woman beaten senseless by mob in 'revenge' for Barcelona terror attack

Treatment of women?

If you're only looking at Saudi Arabia then they most certainly fear the education of a woman and wouldn't allow her to do anything. These people follow culture and not Islam however hard they might try and tell you they don't. I'm sorry but they're nomads. If you think that hijab is forced then you're wrong. It's the woman's own choice whether to wear it or not and no one interferes - the ones who force them are the extremists who take verses out of context. Look at Queen Rania of Jordan... and her daughters...

Religious freedom?

Islam actually says to live in peace with other religions and respect their cultures. If you visit Jordan for example you'll find LOTS of Christians. Our neighbors are. And I'm not talking about those who live in the villages that are stuck in 1800 who still marry their thirteen year old daughters to strangers. Just ewww...

Gays?

Homosexuality isn't the sin itself but acting upon it is. I'm sorry but I think that homosexuality is a sin in Christianity too. Correct me immediately if I'm wrong. It's Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve nor was it Ava and Eve..

I for one, am not anti-gay and lots of us are indifferent towards them. And I assure you that we do not go hunting them down to throw them from the roof of a building. We don't spend our time worrying about them since we've got much more worries already.

I'm not saying we're leading the world in these fields because we arent and saying so is dishonest but saying that all Muslim countries are that way and Islam tells us to do those things is just wrong. ISIS are not Muslim. They're just muslims by name. Islam says to never kill someone because that way you're killing all of humanity. If you're looking for the perfect Muslim then you'll never find him/her and you most certainly won't find them in Saudi Arabia. Setting these stereotypes because of these loud minorities immediately is ignoring the rest of the Muslims who live peacefully in their countries.

I know that you most likely wouldn't agree and point out something and most people here are going to ignore what I just said and downvote this comment into oblivion. But if you read Anne Frank's quote:

'What one Christian does is his own responsibility, what one Jew does is thrown back at all Jews.'

(Yes, I did read about a young Jewish girl that I admire and love and yes I'm pointing her out to cancel stereotypes. Deal with it).
