Muslims, in general, are very easily offended people who can't take criticism of their religion even if some of its practises are at odds with western liberal democracies.

People of Western democracies are responsible for massive murders of people from Muslim countries. In this context, it's very difficult to take your assumption on very easily offended Muslims seriously.

Charlie Hebdo didn't happen because of foreign policy. They don't beat up women in shorts because of the womens' foreign policy.

Even when Western military action is in fact the source of their grievances, consider this: where were all the Japanese Americans and German Americans killing their American friends and neighbors over Hiroshima or Nagasaki or Dresden? Like OP said, very easily offended.

If a person lives in the occupied land, without citizens rights, having his family died under democratic carpet bombings, it's totally logical for him to follow the dogma which supports him emotionally.

Occupied San Bernardino? Occupied Miami? Paris? London? Many, maybe most, of them have lived freely in the West their entire lives, with citizens rights, without have lost anyone (US doesn't carpet bomb, BTW). There is no good reason for someone with a wife and a house and a good job to develop such hatred of the people around them that they kill dozens of innocent people. Someone who is moved to mass murder over ideological grievances that don't affect them personally at all is very easily offended.
