My gf is a recruiter and I see that from a different side. One ghosting a recruiter is unprofessional and they usually aren’t the ones hiring they just work for the company that needs hires.

My gf said she had a lady not show up to work for a few days. Wouldn’t answer her calls. Finally gets ahold of her and the lady says she got a new job lol. Then proceeds to spam my gf phone when the company she was working for didn’t pay her (they did pay her the lady was just dumb). So my gf answered her when she could didn’t make her priority mainly because she’s not over payroll and the lady knew that. So essentially she ghosted then knew how to flood the phone when she needed something.
