Slightly grosser version, but the remnants of a "good" nose bleed.

Was on and off (mostly on) high flow o2 for 5 days in the ICU before finally being moved to a regular room. Workout warning, a river erupts from my nose. Lasted a good 10 minutes of absolute gushing before finally stopping, and then it hit. An almighty sneeze. Out of my XXL schnoz explodes a nostril thick rope of congealed blood and mucus that just hangs there, suspended from my honker. Naturally I give it a tug and pull some more out, then another tug, and then another. Eventually I managed to fill up an plastic drinking cup with blood clots and snot, not including the large pile of soaking wet tissues.

Nurse finally arrived and called in the doctor to marvel at the clot cup and shit talk the ICU staff a bit.
