Must visit restaurants/buffets/fast food joints?

Im a Vegas local, heres some of my recommendations for off-the-strip restaurants. They are all off-strip so if you drive, check these spots out.

Fukuburger- A bit pricey but really delicious burgers

Bachi Burger- Same with Fuku but pricier

Komex - Mexican/Korean fusion. Get the Bulgogi fries

AYCE Sushi (I recommend Koma or Yama)

Archis Thai - Thai food. Cheaper alternative to Lotus but still as delicious

Lotus of Siam (I personally think its overpriced, but since its rated one of the best Thai in the US, just give it a try)

Tacos el Gordo- Get the pastor

Buldogis for some hot dogs

Babystacks for some post-EDC breakfast

Raku - Japanese food. I never been here but people rave about it.

Nora's- Italian

Hot n Juicy- Cajun boil. I highly recommend this but be prepared for the aftermath.

Vegas is also going through a poke/ sushi burrito trend right now, so give it a shot if you never had it.

As you can see, most restaurants I listed are Asian or Mexican. Vegas is an extremely multicultural city and the food scene reflects it. No offense to anybody but I find "white people food" extremely boring and unmemorable.
