My 12yr old might think I’m a weirdo..

Conclusion to yesterday. My oldest boy called me after lunch to let me know what the little one told him. He told the little guy pretty much what people suggested. He said dad probably isn’t wearing girls clothes, and they probably belong to a friend you haven’t met yet. He also told the little guy to just straight up ask me and not be scared......So I was expecting this “question” when I picked him up after work. Nothing on the ride home. We get home and still nothing. Then my 2 older boys show up because earlier I told them to come by and eat. My oldest has a Victoria’s Secret “pink” bag on his shoulder and the other is wearing his GFs sunglasses and hat. Now the little one starts laughing and he finally asks who’s stuff was in my room. I said a friend you haven’t met yet. I got the “whatever” look and he didn’t ask much about “her” after that, but that kid looked me straight in the eye and said “when MY friends come over they have to come say hi to YOU when they get here”......I told him it’s because I’m the king here, and when he gets a house, all my friends will come say hi to him when we come hangout. We had a great guys conversation. The boys together made this a funny misunderstanding. The little guy had a problem he was scared to come to me about, and the other 2 boys had it handled with a couple phone conversations, couple text messages, and some props they grabbed from a GFs car. All I had to do was buy food. Better investment than gold. This poor little dude is going to get hammered by his brothers about this when he gets older. Remember when you thought dad was wearing girls clothes?? I’ll be getting it too, so we’re in the trenches together. His verbal judo is strong against his brothers so I like our chances.
