My (19F) mother (45F) is having the hardest time dealing with my fathers (46M) death in April. He was the only one who made money in our house and now we are suffering.

I am so sorry for your loss and for your struggles. That is so much for anyone, but especially tough for such a young person to deal with. Can you apply for health insurance through your state? If your mom is on disability she should automatically have health insurance (I think medicare?) so she should definitely be able to get some mental health assistance. Honestly this may sound drastic but she might want to look into a therapeutic environment to live in temporarily if she is having active suicidal thoughts and is unable to care for herself due to depression or grief. This doesn’t have to be permanent, just a few months to get healthy and during that time you and your sister may be able to get your own health and well-being on track too. Just a suggestion but maybe you could google mental health services in your area to see if there’s a mental health agency in your area. Whatever happens I hope that things improve for you and your family.
