When someone has been trying to get someone else’s attention in various ways for years (posting lyrics from his favorite song-Daniel...which is also his name by the way, suddenly volunteering at the fire company where he was a firefighter, always being the first person to like his pictures, begging him to respond after a couple hours of him ignoring her, asking his mom if she can come over and “talk” to her sometime, etc.) you start to be pretty wary of the things they do. She’s made many obvious attempts to get his attention. I can’t say this was one for sure, but I think anyone would be suspicious after the incidents I’ve witnessed. It’s about crossing a line. If someone has no respect for your relationship, most people won’t just sit back and be fine with someone trying to worm their way in.
