My [20M] girlfriend's [21F] (1 year), whole family greatly dislikes my existence and she's always trying to defend them. I don't think what I'm saying is too much to ask.

I'm just standing up for my relationship. I thought this was supposed to be a sub for real advice on tough situations. Not one to tell people "lol don't be a pussy" if any of you ever actually loved somebody you'd be okay with standing up to people who are disrespectful to your relationship. I'm really turned off of this sub now after seeing what kinds of people answer questions. You shouldn't let people disrespect you and walk all over your relationship just because there's blood somewhere. If my family treated her like this I'd tell them to shove a spiked stick up their asses. Like God damn. All the "it's just one night" crap that's on this thread. Yes, I FUCKING KNOW, you jackweeds. It's about principal, not the length of time. If you're the kind of pasta spine who's just going to let people openly disrespect your relationship then maybe don't be answering questions like this.

I made this in hope of attracting people who believe in their core values and believe in standing up for what they believe in. And most importantly fighting for their respect in a relationship.

So maybe I am snappy. But I'm snappy about basic respect for my relationship and if you don't like it then just don't fucking respond to this thread.
