Tbh I think she just wants to end the relationship and used your disorder as a bullshit reason to break up. She was okay with your potential genetic disorder for 2 years, now all of a sudden its changed? On the other hand, you can also give her the benefit of the doubt and say (said by another person who commented) that she grieves the loss of her friend and doesnt want any additional pain in the future.

Overall, I think you should let her go. Ik how hard it is to let someone you still have feeling for go but think about this logically.

1) She doesnt want to be with you (I doubt that will change whether the results come back positive or negative), plus, I dont think you want a relationship with someone that doesnt want to be with you.

2) Its a waste of time. End the relationship, recover emotionally, mentally, and focus on yourself. Then go out and try to find someone actually willing to stick with you through thick and thin.
