My 23andMe results vs my AncestryDNA results

Posted this before but deleted it shortly after, but reuploading it now with a question (so if it looks familiar, that's why!)

Considering what I know about family history, 23andMe results seem more accurate, but I suppose AncestryDNA results aren't drastically different in comparison. Finnish is consistent in both which is what I would have expected.

I would love to hear people's perspective on trace ancestry and percentages less than 1%. I'm not sure how seriously to take the .1% Siberian or the .8% Northern West Asian -- I've had my 23andMe results for years, and I've seen these groups change soooo many times that I've kind of written them off in terms of accuracy. On top of that, I have my results phased against both of my parents, and neither have any Siberian results, and I have more Northern West Asian than both of my parents combined (dad = .3% and mom = 0%). Not really sure why that is so it makes me wonder how reliable trace results actually are. Would love to hear some thoughts or experiences with this!

My family has identified our family tree going back pretty far, but we've yet to find any leads on the North West Asian DNA -- if anyone has any idea about what that might be coming from, I'd be interested to learn more!
