My (23f) partner (25m) says my baby bump is a boner killer.

Ouch. I thought the human brain was supposed to be fully developed at age 25... maybe he’s still getting used to that. Time to have a grown up conversation about the steps he needs to take to help you heal from that comment, and part of it might just be his own education on what your body is doing during pregnancy. Maybe he’ll come to a new understanding.

It’s sometimes hard for me to understand how my wife views herself at 26 weeks. She’s definitely the complete focus of all my desire and amazement, but I think it’s hard for her to perceive that. Perhaps this is an issue of perception and he is just failing to express himself with insensitive playfulness. You guys should share and listen, you’re a family now.
