Has she considered a short sabbatical of three months from her current role? Would they consider having her role to be delivered as a job share or part time role?

Realistically writing takes years to perfect, and every author talk about books taking at least 3-5 years to write, and it's never the first book they write that is published. It's also important to note it takes dedication... I'm curious as to her excise if why she doesn't work at it on weekends. I know a few professional writers and they all earn a low pay, write all day and night for the love of it, and have invested so much in terms of trianing, working with editors, publishers, promoters etc.
