My (30M) wife (39F) who I've been with for 11 years has made radical changes to her appearance to the point where I'm struggling to find her attractive.

Age isn't the issue here and you and other people are moving the goal that I set when I posted the thread. I will always love my wife regardless of what she looks like. This is about something I would like rather than something I need. After all the wild assumptions being thrown around about my intentions towards the woman I've spent my entire adult life with, I've started to not care how I come across. I'm done justifying to strangers just how much I love my wife and the mother of my children. I'm not going to apologize for valuing sexual attraction in my marriage though when it's been one of a number of mutual priorities for the past 11 years.
