No it isn't.

Giving people a crutch to make themselves victims forever ruins people. Look at OP, a perfectly healthy girl who has literally ruined herself with how much medication she's feeding herself.

As someone with a real illness, I don't care if people say "your illness isn't real" because I have real symptoms that have resulted in hospitalization.

You claiming someone's inability to cope with reality, and thus develop a drug dependence instead of developing life survival skills is in anyway comparable to people with real chronic illnesses that they didn't inflict on themselves through their terminal victim complex, is actually pretty offensive to people with real diseases.
