Your toddler was assaulted and the school has no intention of further preventive action.

This is a matter of safety, of justice, of prevention for the future safety of your child and others. Social services should be involved to find out why those other child would assault them genitalia of a toddler.

There are so many issues with this entire situation that need to be handled.

Take your little one for medical evaluation and to a therapist to get in front of any possible long lasting trauma. Contact social services. Contact the police. Contact an attorney.
