I want to make my 5.1 home theater into a Dolby Atmos one, one a budget... and I may have a good idea that works... in theory. Will it work? (Read my comment below detailing my idea)

Hey everyone! So, I am a professional musician/voice actor/actor, so what does that mean? I'm financially struggling. lol BUT at the same time, sound is a huge part of my life/career, so.. I want to make sure I can experience it as immersive and high quality as possible (as immersive/high quality as I can afford), without spending all my savings, forcing me to live in a cardboard box in the corner that has a great surround sound system in it. lol

My idea: I will be using the Bose Acoustimass 600 which is a 5.1 speaker system, it is NOT a receiver, just speakers that connect to the box in the picture above which is the subwoofer, and the subwoofer box connects all 5.1 speakers to the the back of the receiver. The back of the subwoofer box does have RCA styled connections in the back, but to plug it into a receiver, it goes from RCA to 2 separate positive and negative cables, just like normal speaker wire would. Yes, it connects to any receiver, not just a Bose one. Which is where my idea begins to form.

So my idea is, I want a small Dolby Atmos set up, as in I want Front Left, Front Center, Front Right, Front Rear Left, Rear Center Left, Rear Center Right, Rear Right, Top Middle Left, Top Middle Right. As for Bass the Subwoofer will be off, and the LFE (Low frequency Effects) will be on, LFE is the ONLY way to get bass from that Bose subwoofer, which is fine by me. To my understanding, LFE takes to lows of all the speakers, and creates the bass for the subwoofer.

I am going to buy this for my Top R and L Centers and for my Front L and R: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=33833&gclid=Cj0KCQjwpavpBRDQARIsAPfTwizPultkYn9aaP_hrdHK3NYvex7VknVPJKjFQkJB00LkZEBqWCChrowaAotMEALw_wcB#QuestionsandAnswers Note: These two Monoprice speakers have two connections on each one. One for up firing over head speakers, and one for front facing normal speakers. Meaning they are both two speakers in one.

So, EVERYTHING is going to get plugged into the Subwoofer box normally, but behind the receiver is where I will be placing things in different locations. The Top Left Center and Top Right Center will be connecting from the receiver to the up firing Monoprice speakers to create the "rain falling from above me effect." Then, I DON'T want to use the Bose Front Right and Front Left speakers for their intended purpose... instead I want to use them as Rear Center Left and Rear Center Right and I want to then use the front facing part of the Monoprice speakers for Front Center Left and Front Center Right. How do I plan to do this? I will connect the Top Right Center, Top Left Center Speakers, and Front Left, Front Right Speakers (which are of course all 4 connections that are in both Monoprice speakers) directly to the receiver, using speaker wire that I will buy, and instead of me connecting the Front Right and Front Left Speakers that are coming from the Bose Subwoofer box to the receivers Front Right and Front Left speaker connections, I will instead connect the Front Right and Front Left Speakers that are coming from the Bose Subwoofer box to the receivers Right Center and Left Center speaker connections.

The ONLY concern with me making the Front L and Front R speakers into Rear L and Rear R speakers by switching the cables from behind the receiver are: will me switching those cables overheat, break, or glitch out the Bose subwoofer box or receiver out in any way? Will the two Bose speakers that I will be switching around break, or mess up in any way? Will doing that switch effect the LFE and give me less bass?

ALL 5.1 Bose speakers and both Monoprice speakers are capable of handling up to 100W which seems fine for my 27 x 32 inch room for movies and music. I will also be purchasing a receiver that has Dolby Atmos (and maybe DTS X as well) and outputs 100 Watts Per Channel. Any receiver suggestions that can maybe find for $200 refurbished at least?

Last question, can I still add a subwoofer to the back of the empty subwoofer channel in the back of the receiver, and have both the Bose LFE subwoofer and the normal subwoofer playing at the same time? or will something maybe overheat, or maybe the rest of the speakers will receive less power, thus making them pop or just sound lower in volume?

I KNOW this is a long question.. so, sorry about that.. lol but I really want to know what every one thinks. Also, yes I know, Bose. lol I personally really like Bose, if you don't, that's cool too, just whatever you do, be nice in the comments. :)
