I've the same problem, my account got rolled back (i think 3 or 4 moths back). E-mail I've recieved that was ment to "explain?" why. E-mail contained general tips such as don't use inappropriate language, don't cheat, don't play on multiple accounts etc. Tried contacting Osu Support every way possible presented on website, explaining that I would like to at least know what I'm getting punished for... no reply for weeks. Eventualy I ended up directly e-mailing Peppy, apologizing for using this E-mail instead of support that ignored me, and explaining the issue once again. To my surprise I actually did get reply from him asking for past account activity. I replied saying that I almost never use chat, no one had access to my account and that it should have been used on 2 IP's (my house and place where i went on holydays) both played by me. No reply for another week so I decided to give up, it's simply not worth my time. In every e-mail i added that im not here to get my rank back, just want to find out why it got taken in the first place.
