My account is silenced for this...

Now, I don't know if I'm just too 'old school' here and see nothing wrong with the use of (gotta watch myself now) the 'f' word, as long as I'm not verbally assaulting anyone. Yesterday I was silenced, and kindly asked Blizzard support, via email ticket, to clarify why I was silenced, and this is the answer I received.

Now, I'm wondering why there even is an option to disable 'Profanity filter', if this will actually get you silenced. And by the way, the sentence in the middle says "It's f***** up, when you end up with a healer that doesn't know what he's doing xD". And for the third sentence "f****** ktz", the enemy had a really good Kel'Thuzad, that kept landing every combo, killing me since I was playing Hanzo.

This seems like excessive censorship, if you ask me. Like I said, I wasn't verbally assaulting anyone, and yet I am silenced for 48 hours. And the way the Blizzard representative just shuts me me down in the end of the mail, "were not gonna discuss this", I mean.. Damn..

I might be in the wrong here, but I don't feel I am. I'd hate to have to be ultra paranoid about what I'm saying in chat, but I'll definitely be paranoid if this really is reason enough to get silenced.
