What is complicated about it? The fact that it is mini circuits?
Here are the back exercises:
Reverse grip Lat pull down - 12 reps, 5 sets
Close grip barbel row - 10 reps, 5 sets
Cable Lat pull down - 12 reps, 4 sets
DB Row - 10 reps, 4 sets
Deadlift 6 reps x 3 sets. Wide stance
Those are just supersetted with trap/ab/low back exercises.

my back workout this week was
3 sets pullups - 10 reps then finshed off with assited chin machine so 16 total reps per set
bent barbell row - 3 sets workin up to 405 lbs no less then 10 reps - like to keep it at 15 rep sets
hammer strength plate loaded row - working up to 10 plates [thats all that fits] with a drop set - 3 sets 15 reps
pulldowns wide supersetted with pulldowns close - 3 sets 12 to 15 rep
rack deads supersetted with hypers - 3 sets 15 reps
i also add in some back work when i do shoulders - did shoulders yesterday at the end of my shoulder routine i do 3 sets pullups and 3 sets of low standing cable row -
