My Betting History

Stake 1% of your bank on your first bet= £10 As your bank grows so does your stake, if your bank drops to £900 your stake is £9 It’s ALWAYS 1%

This is what I do now. only with a bit of a higher percentage to build a bankroll. I have set up goals. 1000, 1500 etc.. and with every goals I reduce my % of my stake.

Use a separate bank account for betting. It is very important not to bet from your current account.

Since the last time I did a all in I actually made this. I don't deposit from my non-betting money anymore, I have learned my lession from this.

Bet on markets you can trade out of when you are ahead like overs/unders

I actually do this all the time. I usually just wait for a day where I get lucky and win all the 3 bets that I place in that day. Usually its 1 loss, 2 wins or 2 losses, and 1 win. (Im not sure if this is what you mean with 'trading out'.

Use an excel spreadsheet to plot every bet and keep a running total of your bank. It is quite possible to double your starting bank in a year without facing the highs and lows that you have been through.

I do this, This is where I got all this info from.

Good luck, be sensible

Thank you, im taking a break right now and in this break I am setting up rules for myself. I did not have these rules in the past which caused the emotional rollercoaster.
