My Birthday Cake.

If you look at their previous comments, you can see awhile ago they said they were at a deficit of 500 calories, and eating 1500 calories per day. Meaning they were starting from 2000, subtracting 500. And now, I assume they're still starting from 2000, subtracting 700, and so, eating 1300.

From the calculation I just did, I've eaten 1100 calories so far today, so I'll most likely come out to around 1400 or less. And that's only because I was lazy this morning and went to Dunkin to get a sandwich worth 650. I highly doubt the cereal or homemade granola I would usually have would come out to that, so I don't think we can judge here if this person is healthy based only off this image.

It is suspicious they took a picture of their cake in front of this particular wall, but honestly if you think comments like the ones I'm seeing here have ever helped anyone, I really don't know where you got that idea! You're a stranger! Even if you say 'hey, that's really not a good thing to do to yourself :(' someone posting photos that make people say that are likely already aware of that. It's for that kind of attention, when it's an ED. So, either most of you are contributing to a problem, or you're making someone that's dieting for medical reasons think they might have a problem when they don't.
