that’s understandable except i myself have worked in regular retail and luxury retail and know how scheduling works. and this is not a store it’s a professional job where i work in marketing. so the schedule i make is the one i signed up for because those are the only hours i can work as a college student. My boss knows this. She also knows that I have other obligations I do a lot of volunteering+ full semester of classes. Yeah there are two sides but when I clearly said I can’t work this day and she still pressures me into a meeting which she does via phone while on her way to breakfast. I’m not in the wrong. If anything I’m dissatisfied with her than she is with me, I get paid for part time work doing full timer work and she clearly knows that too if she hasn’t fired me yet just sends passive aggressive messages whenever I’m not free on her time I can’t reschedule because she starts stressing out lmao
