Beyond her subscribers, who legitimately gives a shit whether some random person has cancer or not? I've never heard of this random chick. I'll likely never hear of her again. Yet a post about her bitching about her cancer has 37k upvotes. I've got my own fucking problems. I spent the entire day panhandling to afford meds. I'm having a mental breakdown and I have no friends. I have no job. I have no income. I have no hopes or dreams left. Yet I don't make that into a fucking video and post it because no one wants to listen to me whine about my problems.
