My brother was a former incel, and I understand.

He's still damaged yeah, but he's still young too.

Think of it like this. He went from 5% happy out of 100%, to maybe 70% happy out of 100%.

I really wish you knew someone in real life though who you could talk about this with. I'm someone who is against therapy because I'm closed off, and if you're the same way - I have no clue what to do either. But I know I will talk to a therapist someday.

I would definitely advise against finding support from people you meet online though (just an opinion). They might try to get in your head and control you after seeing the pain you're going through. Never trust people on the internet unless you've met them.

Truly do hope someone is there for you. I wasn't there for him until he told me, and I was like 10 years too late.
