Truth be told, I was overwhelmed due to my manager singling me out, making me uncomfortable, not talking to me and leaving out vital information for my growth. Honestly, it’s not that the job is hard, it isn’t. It is complex with multiple moving parts, but I can get the hang of it. I was simply overwhelmed by a manager who treated me like shit. I have so far confronted him 3 times about behaviour.

So before you start assuming and take the side of MANAGEMENT, Relax with your advice.. because as YOU said YOU have no idea. Don’t speculate.
