My Dad filed a W-2 for working in his business when I didn't. Can I use this W-2 to create my own bank account?

Trying not to get into as much of what my Dad did, just because of legality.

I didn't get any pay stubs or any source of income from my dad. He merely filed and probably did "pay me" by depositing it into my account. However he has access to that account as it is a branch from his account. As a result he can withdraw or deposit money whenever he wants, I cannot see his assets or his account, but he can see mine.

I know I'm suppose to pay taxes on my cash tips, however I just didn't know that due to my "income" I am making if I could go to say Discover or another Bank and create an account there, and deposit a couple thousand or more, without any issues.
