And you'd provide some evidence to support what you're saying. And understand the difference between talking about moral choices as an individual and prosecutable actions in the eyes of the state. Whether or not I believe children should have privacy has very little to do with what the case law supports, especially in the States. You'd know that if you were "studying law."

Do I think I, as a non-Belgian, have a strong and experienced understanding of Belgian law? No, I've already clarified that. Do I think I, as an adult and father, have a stronger and more experienced understanding of general law practices than a 13 year old "law student" that, for all I know, is still in primary? Yes. I absolutely do.
