I swear to god this sounds like my situation. My mom swears I kicked my teenager out bc he is gay. I didn't, we move a lot for career reasons. He has always wanted to stay in one location and with her, so I sent him down there to try stability out for a bit.

I live in NJ His bio dad is out of the picture and she wishes he was dead. She is trying to be sneaky with courts. She is also very angry at me but bc she can't use him to control me. She has convinced him I kicked him out bc he is gay and I don't love him.

I swear if this is my mom. You are crazy and I hope you follow all of the advice given to you. I already have a attorney set up just for this purpose.

To op if not my mom, I wish I could sympathize. Best advice is go to court.
