My daughter told me last week she was trans and wanted to be a man. We're stunned. Advice needed.

My daughter (23) left for grad school in the fall of 2019 and a week ago, she came to visit us for the first time since leaving.

See, this is where the fake accounts really need to step up their game. No one, anywhere, has been attending grad school in-person since this last spring. I mean, any other year this line probably would have worked, but "our 23-year-old daughter has been attending grad school remotely and living far away from us, and a week ago, as pandemic numbers were spiking across the globe, she travelled back to visit us in person" just doesn't fly this time.

Her brother, my son (20M) flat out refused to accept it and has left the house and is now living with a college friend of his

...why? Why would he move out? Why would his sibling saying their trans (during a "visit") be reason for him to move out?

Sense: this story makes none.
