My deliverables are messed up, what do I offer my client?

Thanks for your thoughtful response! I can definitely fix several minutes or at least make them much better in post but to do all several hours of footage would take me weeks. They asked for all of the raw footage because they wanted their in-house editor to edit, though I plan on offering to fix the footage from the picture lock. I was hired as an independent contractor for a one time gig and likely won't see them again since they're based in California and we shot here in NYC. I asked for a daily rate for both my sound mixer and I but surrendered his rate when he dropped out. It was a run and gun type of event so I couldn't have really had a large external monitor and simply didn't bring an onboard monitor because I wanted to keep the rig as small as possible.... I definitely regret that now. It sucks because it was a big name nonprofit and it was at a high profile event with ambassadors and presidents, so I took the job for a relatively small rate hoping it would be a good model piece for my portfolio and client list.
