My disappointing experience with my QC30s. I want to love these headphones, but Bose is making it hard!

I edited my response a bit, didn't see your response before now. I could argue this up and down, but have no time to dedicate to it. Let differences be differences.

I'll enjoy my better consumer rights, and you can argue that it doesn't work - for the consumer it does. Either we get higher quality goods (which I strongly believe we do, especially going forward with sustainability and environmentalism growing), or we simply get a new, free product. The law is not limited to one return - a new 2 year period starts every time you get a new or fixed product. I've had new products and upgrades for a washing machine for the last 13 years. If you don't want to fight for such rights, that's your prerogative.
