So my DM just raped my character... [warning, explicit content]

Just sounds like a bad DM. I mean Devil's are lawful evil, evil is evil. Rape is evil. Sexual assault some of the evilest. So it could fit, but it has to have a proper tone. It also doesn't have to be sadistically described.

I mean one of the funniest moments in a recent campaign technically involved rape - PC on PC. One player bought some candy from a wizard that had magical effects. The effect was it gave you the "wettest dream of your life, you wake up EXTREMELY horny". The player female elf druid had a natural attraction to a half elf bard. But due to the fact he was half elf never fully pursued. Well anyway took the candy, shapeshifted into a bear and proceeded to rape the bard.

As DM I allowed it and gave them all applicable rolls to do/stop the rape. It was graphic in that I explained "it's more of a very soggy and loud dry hump than full on intercourse rape".

I gave each of the players a chance to act and they all just sat and half disgusted watched and ate breakfast. Every turn and every failed roll to break the rape resulted in heavy player laughter.

Point being the DM is not wrong. A chain devil torturing with rape is/could be a thing. But like everything else as a DM it's how it's handled if it's fun, response inducing, and emotional. He simply did it wrong.
