My employer requested everyone's high school and college transcripts. I teach college courses. I never lied but my boss looked at my LinkedIn account which does say I am a college graduate. I actually dropped out of high school. What do I do?

So does this mean I can just throw an MPH on my profile? It would sure as hell save me a bunch of money and get me out of poverty jobs. TBH You done fucked up and I don't see it going over well even if you didn't need the degree for the job. If your employer asked for this information right after looking at your profile I'd chalk that up as busted. I think at best it's very reckless and at worst you flat out lied to better your own situation despite knowing it was wrong.

I hate to say it but the good thing is with your experience and credentials you'll probably bounce back relatively quick at the worst case scenario, I wouldn't use the current workplace as a reference either way just to be safe.
