My engagement ring is a little snug because of water weight in my hands. Is it really noticeable? I want to wear it SO bad.

I’m not trying to be dismissive, because body dysmorphia is absolutely real.

I had issues with my own weight and fad diets when I was in my teens and digging in my heels that I was a 25 in jeans because I managed to zip them up when I clearly needed a 27 to be comfortable with room for me to eat.

I have since let go (with therapy) and am much happier with my body being a natural 33 in jeans without having to diet.

I didn’t mean to make you feel bad, but I read most of your responses to people and it really seems that you’re stuck on your smaller size. inconvenient or not, you have to accept what most people on here are telling you.

Your ring is too small and not having it resized is potentially dangerous to your health.

I’m curious. What does your partner say about this sizing issue?
