Stop paying payments until she gets you put on the birth certificate, if she needs your money to look after the child this is your upper hand.

She will either demand money of you, which she cant because you not legally on the birth certificate. Or she will move on with her life.

In the latter case you then need to go see a solicitor to look at a court agreement which might be costly.

Once you get yourself in the birth certificate, that's when you can officially claims rights to see your child.

It's not all about the mother these days especially if you can prove you're financially stable and a good role model in the childs life.

I'm not saying she is a bad mother but she is going to cause.morenmental harm than good if she Carrie's on, and she needs to realise that whatever went on between you and her should not affect how the child is raised and continuing this will only cause more hate.
