Lol, I'm also not saying 80c is normal temp, first you should understand what I'm trying to say. Now a days GPUs come with shitty thermal paste, you're expected to change it with better for improved temps if you're facing overheating problems.

Does your GPU have warranty void sticker ? If no, then you can change the paste. Make sure you do it carefully. Warranty is only void if GPU is damaged by user's mistake. If it has sticker then nothing can be done. Thats why i recommend zotac and galax GPUs.
