My experience as a Civilian On the Battlefield

I only interacted with LARPers a few times. Main interaction was aggressively frisking a college student German guy in Hohenfels after an 'ambush'.

The game is easy to figure out. The bad guys are easy to spot. You already knew the hispanic, filipino, black guy or clean- shaven 5'8" white guy with glasses who is mean mugging your convoy is 1-4IN OPFOR and the civilians are obvious because Germans look a certain way. Like Germans never put their hands in their pockets like a soldier in civilian clothes will always do.

Most of the larpers were just background props you just had to be aware that they were there like anything else. It might have been better if everyone was an army guy larping, then you really wouldn't know, but idk I never once thought back to my experiences in Hohenfels as similar to experience in deployments.
