My experience at the military physical examination center

I've struggled with depression and anxiety for about 5 years and got diagnosed 2 years ago at a mental health hospital here in Korea. During my leave of absence from school, I went to therapy for about 6 months and took anti-depressant medication every day for a bit more than a year but stopped because of the cost.

Nobody cares about the fact that you suffer from depression or anxiety. You should know this from the years of isolation you probably suffered. It becomes crystal clear the longer your been in it. As i went through a similar episode in my younger years. There are no support group nor is it seen as a positive in todays society while on the polar opposite of the spectrum you'll encounter dozen of support group for females and what-not. You might get some pity points and people telling you its going to be OKAY here, but the real world doesn't give a fuck. You will cease too exist if you don't help yourself as a MAN. You will cease to exist if you don't initiate with anyone. Your not a female. Man the fuck up.

Truth fucking hurts, but thats the world we live in.
