I used to work in a place where a man with the same condition as his worked as a guard, I don't remember what it's called but it's basically a condition where the growth hormones don't stop coming so they become huge.
(some sort of gland problem? I forget)

Anyway I flirted a bit with him because I was curious and he came up to the café and bought a tetra of juice, it was comically tiny in his huge hands. I don't remember how it happened but the fact that his hands were as big as toilet seats scared me a bit so I stopped flirting with him and he disappeared quietly into the shadows.

Most of the ones I've seen with this condition has seemed very nice and gentle though (I guess they have to be?)
