My few personal advices about intuitive eating based on experience

Thanks.

Yes, eating small portions is not a rule at all. This is just the way trying to eat intuitively taught me.

In fact I never try to eat "small portions", I allow myself to eat in quantity when I feel like that. Sometimes I eat a lot (I can eat easily two bowls of cereals in a row when hungry) but strangely I never feel bloated or like I overeat anymore. And I don't take weight.

I just find myself better when I eat here and there during the day and avoid heavy meals with too much varieties of foods at the same time.

Most of the time I eat in the morning, at noon and in the evening like almost everybody but this no more heavy "meals" or meals where I try to restrain myself with a diet mentality, I never frustrate myself, I just eat what I like and during the rest of the day I will eat other portions of what I like freely. That's all and it works for me and it could work for other people who have the same needs than me.

I wish you the best.
