My Fold 3 experience - looking to switch to appls

So you knew you had 14 days going in, but bought anyway and waited too long. Then, Samsung agrees to swap the device, despite being beyond the 14 days, and you're complaining?

The FedEx part wasn't their fault.

In fact, the 14 day issue wasn't their issue either. You said they required you to buy from them the second time.

This is good customer service.

You were displeased with a condition you regretted ** at another company ** . They arranged to let you get a new phone instead of a service visit. They sold you a new phone at the pre-order price. They continued to try to get you the phone after FedEx botched it. And you're complaining.
