My forearms are tiny

I think that's what I was trying to say. It's been a long day and I'm tired so I probably did a bad job.

I was trying to get across that climbers have good grip strength, and that climbing is good for grip, but that climbing isn't a thing that's specifically for getting big meaty forearms in the way that OP was asking about.

Yes, if you're Adam Ondra or Alex Honnold you're going to have that physique, but for the average person going climbing isn't the way to develop mad forearms. It isn't a forearm-specific exercise. it's a whole-body exercise that promotes whole-body strength, fitness, flexibility and technique over isolated improvement of a single muscle group.

Does that make sense? I hope so. Like I say it's been a long day and I didn't want to get into an argument with an internet stranger over a sport we both love.
