My friend is being stalked, is there a way to prove her stalker is the one making a fake online profile of her?

If this issue isn't being addressed in a more appropriate manner, contact local media. They'd eat this shit up. If she has a restraining order against him and he is creating social media in her name and still having contact with her in school, then he needs to be taken out of that school. If you have records of all of these texts and emails, he is violating the restraining order. That has to be grounds for dismissal from the school. Kid is clearly delusional. If not for the sake of your friend, but the next girl, he needs to get treatment. His parents must be aware of the issue and need to step in. What's the deal there? They should remove him from the school.

Otherwise, your friend should alert her case worker or whoever in the police department she has spoken to regarding him, present all new evidence as it comes up, and get that kid expelled. If he violates the restraining order, he goes to juvie. Whatever.

It might not work, but I did know a girl in high school in this situation who confronted the guy finally in the cafeteria once with her friends and a few guys around and basically made a scene about what he'd do if she actually agreed to go out with him. Would he take her to dinner, buy her things, pay for the movies, get her flowers, compliment her clothes, etc. What would their relationship be other than sexual? He had no response. Then had a guy there who basically stood up for her and other guys and said "no real man treats a woman this way. If you were a real man and a gentleman you'd treat her right." And she said she had no plans to date until college and all the guys and girls friends with her stood by her and told the guy basically he had no chance and he needs to move on before every girl in town knows his name and how big of a creep he is. And if he needs help, he should just ask. The girl even offered to drop the restraining order so the kid has a better record and can get a job that summer, if he'd leave her alone.

He eventually started getting bullied by other kids and was still creeping on other girls, but eventually he straightened out and apologized to her. Apparently his parents were going through a messy divorce, blah blah blah.

Basically having other guys with her showing him he's not acting right and it wasn't proper and real guys don't objective girls and treat them not like objects but like people...and that having a girlfriend is also a shit ton of work, paid off.
