My friend booked the whole cinema for Endgame just because he doesn't want to be disturbed.

Why didn't you just comment a reply to me?

Yes, I am really jealous and salty that I can't have a studio all to myself. That's what is happening here. Totally. You couldn't be more wrong.

It is hypocritical and dickish of this guy to demand that he gets a free pass on the behaviour he hates and admonishes everyone else for solely because he bought out a whole studio/screen. Simple cinema etiquette. I have no problem with him buying a whole studio so people can watch the movie, that's a gracious gesture which people do a lot, but this guy comes across as solely doing it so he can watch the movie "alone" and is only inviting other people that will bow to his rules.

but to complain about something he literally owns and is passionate about something he loves?

You could apply the same logic to everyone who buys a normal seat and ticket, do I now own that seat and do whatever I like?

Also, I am very passionate about Marvel. I know lots of people in real life are passionate about Marvel. Everyone on this sub is passionate about Marvel otherwise we wouldn't be here discussing it. He doesn't come across passionate, he comes across as someone you might find laughed out at /r/gatekeeping. And just because he has the money and finance to buy out a whole screen does not mean he is more passionate than your average moviegoer who can only afford one seat.
