I don’t even know why I’m answering you honestly but for what it’s worth, I was wearing a mask long before recommendations were in on the off-chance it protected high-risk people and elderly folks, and I’ve kept wearing it after they lifted the mandate. I haven’t been to any social gatherings or restaurants/bars/cafes in two years and I’ve tried supporting as many local businesses I could during this entire thing. I work from home. I haven’t travelled or seen my parents in years.

Because of my medical history I unfortunately can’t get vaccinated yet, and yet priorly to that I’ve readily gotten flu-shots and the HPV-shot, and have all my childhood jabs. I’m happy for you that you can just go get it without having to worry about anything, that’s a privilege and a luxury.

Don’t worry though, luckily for me I get to log on here and read comments like yours telling me to get fucked and that I’m a plague rat. I hope that made you feel better.
