You said you she wants a break but you want to end the relationship. It sounds like it's already over. Just because someone has been with you through a lot doesn't make you compatible. I'm only seeing one side of the story and I need more information as to why she wanted a break. Regardless, usually taking a break is just a terrible way of telling someone you no longer want to be with them. 9/10 times you don't end up getting back after "a break" maybe she's into this guy, maybe she isn't. You can't worry about that.

Get ahold of yourself and start moving on. Don't wait for her to be ready.

As for your job situation that kind of sucks. If finding a new job isn't feasible try to limit your contact with her it's only going to make it worse. This is why you shouldn't date co workers. Best of luck.
