I've always found it weird when women send me pics like this when they are in a relationship. Some people just need lots of attention, and in our culture, I believe many women are conditioned to want a lot of it. I would sit down with her and ask her why she does this.

One of my best girl friends used to invite me to sleep over all the time, and then try to sleep one inch from my face, and or change in front of me, but slightly out of view. She had a boyfriend and I had a girlfriend.

I have (and have always had) a very low sex drive, and so I end up in all these strange situations where women chase me trying to get my affection. It's really odd self gratifying behaviour.

So, she could be telling the truth, and depending on how much of a friend you want to be, you can talk to her to figure out why she behaves this way. I also agree, that if you want a monogamous relationship then she might not be capable at this point. But, if you want freedom too, you could consider new relationship options, as well, and that gives you freedom you might want to explore while also having a partner.

You get to build your own relationships in the manner that makes you happy, and it's great to discuss these things with your partner in an open and caring way.
