Trust me when I say that turning to any kind of substance during a heartbreak like that only makes you feel worse. I know it’s not what you’ll want to hear, but you are SO young. The first one is the worst one, but even this is something you grow from. Moving forward you’ll have clear boundaries, and you’ll know exactly how you want to be treated in a relationship.

If I settled and kept crawling back to the same guy I met in highschool I wouldn’t have found myself beyond happy with a family today. I cried countless nights to my friends about how I was so in love, but there comes a point where you just got to move on. It’s not easy, especially at your age, but there’s so much out there waiting for you.
